We are currently recruiting for a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with Suboxone certification.
Key Job Responsibility Areas:
Provide primary care to adult patients on-site in clinic with an interdisciplinary approach.
Rotating 24-hour phone-based call system to include urgent patient communications, ED visits, hospital admissions, panic lab values, etc.
Provide consultation regarding general primary care, as needed.
Provide primary medical care, including women's health to diverse populations, including patients with HIV, Hep C, LGBTQ.
Precepting students, residents and other medical staff during elective rotations at Trillium Health
Required to obtain 50 or more CME credits per year to remain eligible for medical staff credentialing and commercial insurance crediting.
Complete all clinical documentation within 3 business days of medical treatment.
Complete assigned Ongoing Peer Reviews on a monthly basis.
Complete Focused Peer Reviews as assigned.
Duties as required (quality assurance, etc.)
M.D. or D.O. Degree and Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine. Suboxone certification strongly preferred.
Clinic hours are daily 9-5 with two (2) evening sessions until 7PM. Individual schedule includes one evening clinical session as well as rotating partial Saturday clinical session.Â Occasional additional evening session may be needed for coverage.Â We use an electronic health record with a patient portal. Position is available immediately. Salary and benefits are competitive.
