Summary: Assists in the planning, coordination and implementation of the quality management an quality improvement programs for the health organization under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.

Special Instructions:

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in a field related to nursing, education, public health, or healthcare management.
  • 4 to 7 years' experience in the healthcare industry required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in project management preferred.
  • 1-3 years' Medent EMR experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point preferred.
  • NYS RN credentials preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must be comfortable leading projects independently, an working with several team members in a collaborative nature.
  • Must be comfortable interpreting regulations and standards and lading improvement projects to ensure compliance.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a self-initiated and goal driven leader.
  • Must be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have proficient computer skills that include the ability to send/receive email messages; post information to spreadsheets, generate report, graphs, and dashboards; and perform basic word processing. Must have basic networking and print servicing knowledge.
  • Must maintain valid NYS driver's license free of substance related violations.
