Job Requirements

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic and operational plans for Behavioral Health, Nutrition, Lab Radiology and Physical Therapy Programs.
  • Provide analyses and recommendations related to the identification and assessment to grow programs and product/service lines with the goal of increasing market share.
  • Collaborate with senior, operational and regional leadership on operational efficiencies, optimization of clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct organizational reviews to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas of strength, weakness and growth opportunities.
  • Direct and design implementation, and evaluation of the Service Line performance improvement program.
  • Work with Executives and specialty line leadership to synthesize strategy, align projects and milestones, manage interdependencies and identify communication priorities across the organization.



Bachelors Degree required Masters preferred in Health Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration.

5+ years of ancillary management experience, hospital organization, helath care systems, physician group.

Excellent Communication skills and ability to drive technical projects to success.
