Syracuse Community Health Center, Inc. has an immediate need for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Job Summary: Responsible for providing primary health care to patients of the Center in assigned specialty area. Maintain accurate, timely and up-to-date case notes using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Prepare health histories, perform physical examinations, perform selected diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, treatments and laboratory examinations; recommend patient medical management, and internal and external referrals; patient teaching; make hospital calls; participate in on-call rotation system.
NYS license required – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
