Patient and Community Engagement Health Equity Learning Series in partnership with the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) 

Join us at CHCANYS as we continue our3-part learning series that will seek to explore relevant topics such as Cultural Humility, Quality Improvement (QI) methods, and Strategic Communications to enhance collection and utilization of Race, Ethnicity, and Language (REaL) and Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) data, ultimately engaging providers in reducing inequities and activating patients to improve health outcomes. During this series CHCS will introduce two existing tools to complement the work between webinars.
